Now and the future

The North Ashchurch Consortium starts creating a draft Framework Masterplan, following extensive survey and assessment work.

Consultation events and activities were held to engage and collaborate with the local community.

Following the consultation, an updated Framework Masterplan was produced. This refreshed document will show the mix of uses, layout and design principles for the first phase of the new communities. Once finalised, it will help to provide a strategic and shared vision for the area.
