Water management and drainage solutions which reduce the risks of flooding to new and existing residents.

Draft Framework Masterplan

A Framework Masterplan Document has been produced to show how the various components will work together, including the following:

An outline the collective vision for the proposed development, in the context of the wider Tewkesbury Garden Town
Setting out the known constraints and opportunities for the site
Describing and illustrating the roles of Greenspaces and Nature
Explaining the Movement and Access principles both in and around the land
Providing a Placemaking Strategy outlining the strategic position of key place-making components, including land use and density
Providing information on the approach to Sustainability using the One Planet Living approach
Including a Framework Masterplan which shows the land uses and key elements of the site
Providing an indicative Phasing and Delivery Strategy including details of the social, community, transportation, and other physical infrastructure to be delivered in connection with the land
Providing a framework for establishing commonality between future planning applications, submitting reserved matters applications, and discharging planning conditions.
