A collaborative process

The masterplanning process involves working with a wide range of key stakeholders and the community. This includes the Garden Town Partners such as the Country Council, Local Authorities, and Town / Parish Councils. We also want to work closely with the local people and schools to ensure what is delivered is right for all of the community.

A consortium with vision, a proven track record, and a long-term commitment to the project.

The vision for the new communities is being brought forward by the North Ashchurch Consortium which comprises:

• Bellway Homes : Award Winning National Housebuilder
• Bromford : Largest provider of affordable homes in Gloucester and Tewkesbury
• Mansfield Partners LLP : The largest single landowner in the North Ashchurch Consortium

They control the majority of the site and can bring forward the main infrastructure, services and facilities which will allow the new communities to be delivered.
